In 2022 an application was put forward to develop 403 Keele St + 48-50
Heintzman into an 11-storey mixed-use building with 281 dwelling units,
23 vehicle parking spaces, 296 bicycle parking spaces, and retail on the
ground floor.
The Notice of Approval Conditions was issued in Sept of 2024 and the City is
now ready to gather and discuss the Construction Management Plan and
Site Plan to see how the construction process might be informed.
The online meeting will be held at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, April 1, 2025,
where we will discuss the Construction Management Plan and Site Plan in
more detail. Representatives from the developer will be in attendance to
give a short presentation after which there will be a Q&A period. City
Planning staff and I will attend the meeting as well and will be happy
