Friends,
Following the major track maintenance work this past summer, ongoing quality assurance checks are performed by staff to identify any deficiencies that may exist.
As a result of a recent quality check, staff has identified an area between Dundas West and Keele stations that requires tamping the ballast to further secure the track in place.
Date: September 6 to 8, 2017 – approximately 3 a.m. to 5 a.m.
*Content/timeline is accurate at time of printing. Weather permitting.
A track crew and a work-car will be in the area overnight from September 6 to 8 to complete this localized work.
While efforts will be made to keep noise levels to a minimum, some noise will be unavoidable when the work-car is in operation.
Thank you for your continued patience with this matter.
